For anyone who has come here looking for my photography, I have removed it from this site and from its home on Fine Art America. Because of intense competition in the photographic market, I have sold only four pieces in over ten years -- It's rather like trying to sell aluminum siding at an aluminum siding convention.
Rather than closing things down entirely, I'm replacing my photography with something more unique -- what I refer to as my "phosphenes", colorful, kaleidoscopic works of digital art, each unique in its design. Rather than trying to explain the boring mathematics behind them, it might be easier to just take a look at them yourself.
Artist Phil Penne is a writer, photographer, digital artist, soap maker, builder of pentatonically tuned wind chimes, and crafter of handmade Native American style flutes.
