The wind chimes I build, as with all of my other wood creations, are crafted using salvaged materials whenever possible, signed and numbered. They are not created haphazardly; they are pentatonically tuned to a particular key, incorporating sound mathematical principles of acoustics.

This is currently the only set of wind chimes I have available. The answer to your first question is, yes, the kerosene lantern on the top of the chimes is fully functional! 

These chimes are crafted from discarded electrical conduit, and salvaged oak shelving, and tuned to a very melodious C9 scale. They'd look great lit up on a patio at night!  Considering that I had to buy the lantern new, and the amount of extra work and logistics that went into building them, I'm asking $60 for this set. As always, any money I make from my creations goes to help someone very dear to me.
